The information you provide — such as your name, rank, email address, phone number, unit/branch, lodging preference, and dietary restrictions — is collected only for the purpose of sending reminders and notifications directly related to OCS Class 68 events.

We will only contact you about event-related matters, including but not limited to: Dining-In updates, graduation ceremony information, lodging reminders, itinerary changes, and Wheel of Fortune drawing details.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of event-related reminders at any time by contacting the class committee. If you previously provided a phone number for SMS updates, reply STOP to any text message to stop future reminders.

Terms & Conditions

• All ticket and add-on purchases are final. Drink tickets and Wheel of Fortune entries are non-refundable.
• Event details, including venue, time, and schedule, are subject to change. We will notify ticket holders of any significant changes via the email or phone number provided at checkout.
• Attendance tickets grant entry to the OCS Class 68 Dining-In and include the items described on the ticket tier selected at checkout.
• Wheel of Fortune drawing prizes and details are announced at the Dining-In. You do not need to be present to win, but winners must claim prizes according to the instructions provided.
• Complimentary RTI rooms are offered on a limited, first-come, first-served basis and require attendees to bring their own twin-size bedding.
• The class committee reserves the right to refuse service or entry for conduct that disrupts the event.
